head/neck

The head and neck are involved in everything you do. Being able to see where you’re going and what you’re doing requires well functioning joints and muscles. Common problems in this area include neck stiffness, numbness and tingling into the arms, and other wrist/hand pains.

Muscles prone to tightness:

  1. Upper trapezius

  2. Levator scapula

  3. Suboccipitals

Muscles prone to WEAKNESS:

  1. Cervical spine extensor muscles (back of the neck)

  2. Deep neck flexors (along the front of your neck).
