  • What services do you provide?

    At Move Simply, we offer in-person treatment sessions and online coaching programs designed to help you move better, stay active, and prevent injuries. Whether you need hands-on care or a structured program to follow, we’ll create a plan that fits your goals and lifestyle.

  • Do you accept insurance?

    We’re a cash-based practice because your health shouldn’t be dictated by insurance companies that care more about their bottom line than your long-term well-being. This means we have the freedom to focus on what actually works for you—not what an insurance provider decides to cover. However, we do accept HSA/FSA payments, and we can provide superbills upon request for you to submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement.

  • Where is your office located?

    Move Simply Studio is located in the South Shore area of Alameda. If you’re out of town, no worries! We offer online coaching programs to help you take control of your health no matter where you are.
