Services

Move Simply provides sports physical therapy and performance training services in Alameda, CA. All services are provided by or under the supervision of Dr. Geoff Dold, DPT.

Not a Substitute for Medical Advice

The information on this website is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the guidance of a qualified health provider with questions you may have regarding a medical condition.

Out-of-Network Provider

Move Simply is an out-of-network provider and does not bill insurance directly. Clients are responsible for payment at the time of service.

Cancellation Policy

Please provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule appointments. Late cancellations and no-shows may be subject to a fee.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Move Simply shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.
