ABOUT

Dr. Geoff Dold

I’m a board-certified Doctor of Physical Therapy with over 15 years of experience in the health and rehab industry. I earned my undergraduate degree from UC Davis and went on to complete my doctorate at the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences. Over the years, I’ve continued to expand my knowledge and expertise, earning additional certifications including Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), Movement Links, and Gray Institute. My passion lies in continually learning and applying the most effective, practical ways to help people stay healthy, strong, and injury-free.

I’ve had the privilege of working with athletes across the entire spectrum—from D1 collegiate athletes, Ironmen, ultra-marathoners, competitive runners, professional boxers, and pro basketball players to weekend warriors, everyday athletes, and people simply looking to stay active for as long as possible. Whether you’re training for your next big event or just want to keep moving without pain, I’m here to help you build a body that supports your goals—so you can keep doing what you love for years to come.

When I’m not working with clients, you’ll find me staying active myself—playing basketball, running, and competing in pickleball. I also love reading books about health and wellness, spending quality time with my wife, daughter, and dog, and connecting with friends. Staying healthy isn’t just my profession—it’s my passion, and I believe that movement, community, and lifelong learning are the keys to a fulfilling life.
